Svobodová, Veronika ; Hromková, Ivana (referee) ; Knoflíček, Radek (advisor)
The bachelor thesis is describing mainly elimination of wasting time and with that also financial means on a welding line of high pressure tanks Common Rail in the company Bosh Diesel s. r. o. With detailed way is described procedure analysis of contemporary status and subsequent analysis, which is enable to search possibilities and potentials to increase productivity of work on productive line. With an application of tools ViCTA, we successfully found the searching potential in lost time in welding industrial robot’s line. Then was suggested the optimal solution, which comply the conditions of achieving minimal costs for current unlimited way of production technology on the welding line.
Effect of different shooting technique on its accuracy and ball velocity in floorball players
Pekárková, Nikol ; Gryc, Tomáš (advisor) ; Dragounová, Zuzana (referee)
Name: The influence of shooting technique on its accuracy and ball speed in floorball players Goal: The purpose of the work was to verify the procedure for testing the shooting level of male and female floorball players and then to identify and describe the differences in the parameters of ball speed and shooting accuracy between four different types of shots (pull, wrist, golf, hammer) when shooting at two different locations (top and down). Methods: The research group consisted of 2 male and 2 female floorball players of the highest youth competition. Ball speed was measured using a Stalker Solo2 radar device and 2D video analysis using a SONY video camera and TEMA software was used to analyze accuracy. The individual targets for shooting were marked out using holes in the training sheet, which was placed on the floorball goal. The goal was 4 meters away from the shooting spot, and players shot at the goal in random order of shot types and target location. Data were evaluated in MS Excel. A two- sample T-test (p <0.05) was used to express the difference between individual shot types, target location and between men and women. Results: We found significant differences in ball speed: between the pull shot and the wrist, between the wrist and the golf ball, and between the golf ball and the putter....
Možnosti zvýšení adaptability a prevence negativních změn v chování u násady jesetera sibiřského (Acipenser baerii)
KODRAS, Marek
The experiment was performed to assess the impact of a modification in feed technology in the intensive rearing of Siberian sturgeon (Acipenser baerii) on the fish behavior. Four feeding regimes were tested in three repetitions: surface feeding during the day (DFSF), surface feeding at night (NFSF), bottom feeding during the day (DFBF), bottom feeding at night (NFBF). Sturgeon behavior was recorded using a video system in experimental observation tank before the application of different feeding regimens at 48th days post-hatching (dph) and every 20 days therafter (68th, 88th and 108th dph). In addition, the effect of five and ten-day starvation on fish behavior was determinated. Five parameters were tested: the total time spent in the lowest 10 and 25 % of the observation tank, the total time spent in the uppermost 10 and 25 % of the observation tank and the total activity. The whole experiment including larval rearing lasted 100 days and videos were analyzed using MATLAB software. Statistical differences were observed among the tested groups during our experiment. Experimental group NFBF at 88th dph showed the highest spending time in the lowest 25 % of the tank. Furthermore, NFBF at 68th and 88th dph displayed the lowest spending time in the uppermost 25 % of tank (only NFSF was not significantly different from NFBF at 68th dph). No statistical differences were observed in the uppermost or the lowest 10 % of the tank after all-day videorecording. After starvation, some differences were observed among the groups, however no clear trend or continuity with the data obtained before the starvation were found. In conclusion, the tested group NFBF showed better preconditions for intensive rearing of sturgeons, which might be subsequently stocked in open waters due to the lowest movement in the uppermost part of the tank (68th and 88th dph) than other tested groups. This could increase survival of the fish in the wild due to lower predation risk.
Time characteristics of workload during climbing the same route on a climbing wall and treadwall
Maťochová, Šárka ; Baláš, Jiří (advisor) ; Gajdošík, Jan (referee)
Title: Time characteristics of the load when climbing the same path on an artificial wall and on a climbing ergometer Objectives: The aim of this work was to assess the time characteristics of the grip when climbing on a climbing wall and on climbing ergometer and to compare these results. Methods: Twenty female participants were divided according to their performance into two groups. Two identical routes were climbed- one on a climbing ergometer, the other on an artificial climbing wall. Climbing routes were 18 m long and were rated Grade 7 on the IRCRA scale. There were 45 grips used in total, the starting hand grip was 1.5 m above the ground. The profile of the climbed route was perpendicular (90 ř). The task was to climb the route in the specified time. Data were collected by making a video recording of the movement on the climbing wall and the climbing ergometer. To determine the time characteristics, video recordings were analyzed in Dartfish 10 software and the duration of the static and dynamic phases were assessed. Results: The total time of climbing on the ergometer was 258.0 ± 16.1 s for less advanced, 263.8 ± 4.4 s for more advanced. The total time for wall climbing was 273.4 ± 22.9 s in the less advanced group and 259.5 ± 18.4 s in the more advanced group. The mean time of static...
The evaluation of a tennis groundstroke by qualitative examination of functional movement
Vojtěchovská, Karolína ; Oplatková, Lenka (advisor) ; Kolář, Jáchym (referee)
This bachelor's thesis describes the evaluation of the tennis groundstroke and the influence of postural stabilization on the resulting quality of activation of the trunk in the groundstroke. The theoretical part summarises the knowledge of the optimal performance of the forehand, as well as the method of evaluating the forehand. In the practical part of the bachelor's thesis, we qualitatively assessed postural stabilization of players according to the concept of DNS. We followed the process of qualitative movement diagnosis and we performer video analysis of the forehand from the Slow-motion recording. The specific parameters of the tennis groundstroke were objectified by using the program Tracker and Zepp Tennis 2 sensor, which gave us the values of angular displacement of the body segments, the angular velocity of hip and shoulder rotation, and the ball speed, the ball spin and the percentage success rate of impact location in the sweetspot of the racket. We made a table of qualitative movement that takes into account key features of the forehand, depending on each phase of the groundstroke. Then we made a complex evaluation of the player's forehand. We concluded that it is not possible to establish a uniform ideal angular alignment of body segments. It is always necessary to respect the...
Kinematic analysis of running in children aged 6 to 8 years
Hrachovcová, Monika ; Slabý, Kryštof (advisor) ; Pokorný, Jan (referee)
This diploma thesis deals with the biomechanics of running and the kinematic analysis of running in children aged 6 - 8 years. The paper consists of two parts. The first part deals with the biomechanics of running and its development, running injuries and describes the kinematic analysis of running. The PubMed, the ScienceDirect Database and sources of the National Medical Library and of the Charles University were searched for creating this theoretical part. The second part describes the experiment - methods and its results. 70 children were recorded during overground running at spontaneous speed. The obtained video recording was measured using the Kinovea 0.8.12. program. The video was scrolled through frames and three moments of the stance phase (initial contact, midstance and moment toe-off) were detected. At these moments selected angles in the sagittal plane were analyzed. These angles were described in the terms of descriptive statistics. Certain characteristics subdivided the cohort into two groups. These were compared in kinematic parameters to determine statistically significant differences. The obtained values from the experiment are discussed and compared with the the values from the recent literature dealing with kinematics of running. At last the suggestions for further research are...

Video analysis of physical processes
JOVANOVIČ, Filip
The aim of this bachelor thesis is to introduce the possibility of using video analysis in education of physics on primary schools and also comparing and verifying the accuracy of available programs for video analysis. Another element of the thesis is also a set of physical problems for possibility of using in education on primary school. All problems are solved and the results are compared with those calculated using the physical relations.
